A guide to requesting your quotation

Start with the products your workplace needs, then give us the details that will help identify the right specification and purchasing arrangements.

Build your product list

Browse the office collection, add items to your quote list and review the quantities. A request can include up to 20 different products, with a quantity from 1 to 999 for each. For a pack or set, the quantity refers to that listed product unit; confirm the exact pack contents before ordering.

Include the useful details

  • The quantity of each product and any required pack sizes or contents.
  • Your delivery postcode and preferred timing, so delivery arrangements can be discussed.
  • Relevant dimensions, device or printer model numbers, connection requirements or other compatibility information.
  • Purchase-order, billing or existing-account questions that affect your organisation’s purchasing process.

Understand the catalogue prices

Listed prices are catalogue prices in pounds sterling. A quotation should confirm the exact items, quantities, availability, VAT treatment and delivery charges. Any volume pricing must be agreed for your request; the website does not apply an automatic bulk discount.

Confirm specifications and appearance

Product illustrations are a guide to the type of item and do not establish its exact appearance or specification. Ask for the model, product details and compatibility relevant to your workplace. Product names alone do not confirm technical performance, certifications or suitability for a particular use.

Delivery, returns and warranties

Ask for the delivery area, charges, lead time and applicable returns and warranty terms before agreeing an order. A preferred delivery date in an enquiry is a request, not a confirmed delivery arrangement. The registered company address is not presented as a collection point or a returns address.

What happens when you submit

A successful submission is recorded for staff to review and displays a reference number. Keep that reference for any follow-up. The request does not place an order, reserve stock, create a credit account or take payment. No automatic email confirmation is promised.
